Despite of repeatable complaints of link failure of the broad band service there is no positive feed back from the company, they sometime contact over telephone thats all never send any representative.1 week ago they have confirmed that the problem was solved but today (18.04.2011) I am again facing the same problem. And it has been continuing science February. Although it is a Govt. company then also I am expecting some positive response.my broadband no is-24255109.thanks
