Taps go dry because of water pumps used in most of the localities

Sir,

Would like to bring to your notice, Most of the localities are using water pumps due to which taps are going dry.frequent complaints to BWSSB has gone waste. Each time i call up to say my woe im directed to other number which either will not be working or not responding... We are suffering from past 1yr. Please help us...
