I want to complain for MSED Co., Ltd Sjirwane, for wrong billing [ excess billing]. our company is closed from Sept'2009 till date and their is Nil consumption . we have already intimated them about our company that is closed and we continued to pay for minimum charges till Nov'2010. To surprise we received a bill for Dec'2010 for Rs.32, 843.79 with a consumption of 2851 units whereas our company is completely closed. We requested MSED Co., to revise the bill as it show wrong units consumption and issue a new revise bill enable us to make the payment but they refuse to revise the bill and askied us to make the payment for same.
Again in the month of April'11 we recieved a bill for the m/o' March ' 2011 for Rs.12381.30/- wrong units for which again we asked him to check as their is no consumption at all for which they revised and asked us to make the minimum amount payment. The same is the case for the m/o Dec'2010 but they r not ready to do so. Since we were getting wrong bill and no action was taken from them even requesting again and again, we were forced to completely turn off the meter as there were no response. We are not able to make the payment as the matter in under dispute.
Now they say they we will remove the meter from your premises if you will not make the payment. They are forcing us to make the payment or they say u settle with the officer Mr. Patil in other way which are not ready to do.
Today I, e 9th May’2011 a person visited to our premises stating they want to remove meter as we have received order. So we asked him to provide a copy of order and the reason for removing meter he was un answereable and asked us to speak with his officer
When we asked to provide a order copy they refused completely. They are pressuring us to settle off the record with his officer. When we said we are bound to take legal action against them, they immediately left the premises without removing meter.
We request you to look into the above matter and help us to resolve the above matter.
We would like to take a strict action against them.
