Garbage Disposal

Hi Am a resident of LIC colony fist main Velachery... The garbage here lies down on road and inspite of two garbage bins lying broken unused on the other side of road. CAnt there be a solution for this. With public buses coming this way, before residential houses and garbage on the other side..how do we expect people to walk on road... besides there are open sewages too. It would be nice to see some action being taken. Thanks
