I had gone to chennai passport office to apply for a tatkal passport and due to the inefficient and erratic staff at the office i was made to run from pillar to post just to submit my application and after i did that in 2 days time i foiund that i was relieved of my gold bracelet at the office. So just to apply a passport i have lost more than Rs20000.Excellent customer service by the central government!!!
