NSC claim not received

Sir,

I requested through Post Master PWD Complex Jacob road Jaipur on dated 13-12 for transfer of my NSC No 65EE 737409 and 65EE 737408 dated 31-12 reg no 16677 at Bhilwara H O . The NSC, s have matured on 31-12.Still I could not get the payment at post office at PWD complex Jaipur.
