Steeling of custom department staff

Hi,

I ordered high end china mobile and they sent it by post with 0.260 kg weight. I came to know that it received at local post office and I visited post office. when I took parcel on my hand, I felt nothing inside becuase it was very light. Hence I opened it infrant of postmaster and I really shocked because there was nothing except thermocol in place of mobile and its accessories. When company parcelled its weight was 0.260 kg and when I received it was only 0.020 kg.

I strongly believe that this malpractice happen at custom department since they had opened and checked all components inside.

Please move forward my case to them and please ask how weight of parcel was reduced when they handed over to postoffice.

Also I believe there must be checking process of all parcel and its weight before taking handover from one transporter to other though it is goverment mechanism. If not then why its not there.
