Sub: - Complaint against illegal construction
Sir,
I am the member of Shree Datta Guru C.H.S. situated at Sector-7 (CIDCO) New Panvel (E), Navi Mumbai– 410206.Inspite of my several complaints to CIDCO officials at estate office New Panvel as well as Mr. Hemant Bange at Belapur no action has been taken. So, at the end I have been compelled to complain with your good self against Mr. Deepak Patil H.N.-1 who has illegally acquired the land (park area) of CIDCO. He has already illegally constructed his house, now he is encroaching towards park area where children are playing their games.
Therefore, it is requested that please take urgent legal action against Mr. Deepak Patil H.N.-1 (Grd. floor) Sector-7 New Panvel (E) and demolish the encroached area of CIDCO, so that others could not follow his way.
