Ration Card: Non-Verification of address proof

Sir,

I am residing at 12-G, TANSI Nagar 2nd St, Velachery and today I went to the ration shop in my area but they refused to supply the food items since my address is not verified. They have shown a list of names under which my name & ration card No. appeared and the remarks says "address changed" but surprisingly no one has visited my home for address verification even 24 hours my parents are staying at home. Without verifying my address the civil supplies team has reported that I have changed my address. This is unfare and unacceptable and request you to take swift action on concerned authorities.
