Electricity not availabe for more than 15 hours

Hi,

My Parents are Living in the village Amethi, where they are paying Electricity bill every month.

Then also once they got the electricity bill amount as more than 18000 rupees Last year October. They had paid the entire amount then also, life is miserable there as No electricity in the night time.

Please take the immediate action for that if possible.
