SREE SARANAMAYAPAN MUSIC CENTRE, Opp. AYAPPAN temple, Chinasamy Road, Coimbatore 44,
plays very loud music continuously on a speaker that is kept FACING THE TEMPLE, causing
disturbances & mental fatigue. It is always loud, the digital TREBLE tone IS VERY IRRITATING and
the THUMPING BASS tone really hurts my chest as I have undergone heart operation. Everybody
is affected. Children cannot study. house wives cannot bear it, returning home after a hard day's work we
dont get rest due to the sound. Even the Deevotees are complaining. If we are praying to GANESHA or
MARUTHI at the entrance of the temple, we cannot concentrate in our our prayers, which are interrupted
by the beat of LAXMI NARAYANA casstee being played. LOUD SOUND OF SPEAKER reaches each
and every corner inside the temple so devotees prayers are disturbed. On PRADOSHAN days when pujas
are going on, devootees cannot hear the priest's mantras due to speakers volume. The speakers even
disturbs the daily AARTI of SWAMI AYYAPPAN, when cymbals/drums are played inside temple by
priests, WITHOUT ANY AMPLIFICATION or SPEAKERS..." TRUE MUSIC FOR THE LORD".
The Police Dept. is hereby requested to strictly take actiion against this shop, for public nuisence and
also for encroachment of street land by using 5 feet width & 10 feet length, for conducting his business.

EARNESTLE I PLEAD WITH POLICE DEPT TO TAKE ACTION, against Supreme Court order directing
public to make complaints against nosie pollution which is a cognisable offence.
The Shop owner is a powerful well known figure. Hence, even the Boards of Trustees Ayyapa Puja
Sangham, and neighbouring residents/shop keepers are scarred to compalin.
I have full confidence in the TAMILNADU POLICE. Hence this complaint to you.
