as I m doing up and down to collage I have taken collage bus pass to travel and now I had lost the pass when I aproched your authority they asked me to get the police complaint receipt that which is proof that it is lost and they are asking once again the full amount of pass why should I pay the money once again already once I paid and got it, and don’t you think it’s a kind of curreption and this is the way you trust education and studens please look over this problem sir
