I have been dealing with them from the last 15 Months. The problem starts with the very First step- Submission of documents for attestation. You will be faced with the agents even outside the gate. They promise you to get your documents done easily by charging Huge amount of money in return (Because they have LINKS with the people in the CPV Division). If you gets past them to get the papers done yourself, you are going to face the real Trauma, specially to get your documents-Apostille. Even inside the building you can be easily approached by the Agents. Then you will find a Big que inside, everyone waiting to get their documents submitted. If you are successful in getting your documents submitted (Luckily), then you have to WAIT till 5:00 P.M. to get your documents back after attestation. If you can't collect your documents the same day evening, and you goes the next day to collect those, you will get an answer like&-quot;Now come the next day because it is your fault that you haven't collected these the last day. Now we don't have enough time to search those for you, as we are not your servants". As anyone can't do anything because nobody knows where to complaint. My request is that there should be a system, so as to simplify these Attestation Processes in order to cause least problems to the Public, as it is always said but never followed&-quot;Government is By the Public, For the public and To the Public", but where is the public here...
