my collague family has applied for passport in hyderabad.3 of the members has got the passport but one of them has not recived up to yet.even through calling passport office but none reply has been coming and no action has been taken upto yet.they had applied for passport in april of this year.all verification has been completed but in website the status has been showing as OTHERS.kindly let me know what is actual problem and how can i solve the case.as we has went to passport office on 9th and had filled up the prescribed form but they has not given any action uptoyet.we are providng the follwing details kindly provide the stautus as soon as possible
