I joined DCL Polyesters ltd, P.O.Mauda, Dist Nagpur on 5th July 1995 and was having PF Number MH/60673/1301. Later on it was taken by Reliance Industries Ltd and I was transfered to Reliance industries ltd, Silvassa w.e.f.5th April. My PF number was MH/42602/2414 . I retired from Reliance on 30th June. After fulfilling all the necessary formalities as per PF rule, the PF Office has sent back all my documents and paper telling that, at DCL Polyester I joined at the age of 45 and hence they are now asking (after 26 months of my retirements) the form no F/13 of the previous employer i.e.before DCL Polyester. (The letter is enclosed). Before DCL Polyester I was in Orkay Polyester, Saki Naka, Mumbai which is closed down long back. Now no document is available. Now, I want proper guidance from the Commissioner of PF Office how I can get back MY OWN MONEY?
