I am K.lovacharyulu and applied for passport in Oct. I've submitted my application in a Passpost office in Visakhapatnam on 12-sep-09. (File no. is D001467). When checked the status online, it was displaying that "due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport". Could you please look into this matter and help me to get my passport as soon as possiable.please help me.
