Disconnection of water supply without notice

I am a citizen of west delhi uttam nagar indira park.

For the past 8 days we are not getting any water and the Delhi Jal board people are saying that your connection is now will not work as the water now be supplied to dwarka from the same connection.

We have not been informed of any such thing and now how to overcome this problem.nobody is answering us.
