Delay in Passport (7 Months)

I visited passport office on 14th Dec and checked with RPO for ‘M’ applications (DLH-M010618-09)

. She sent me to record section after checking that passport is granted twice but number is not generated. When I went to record section, it was found that by mistake file was in hit bundle after I gave documents asked in Sept and was told you will get passport in 5 days and directed the boy that file should be sent to scanning section, still there is no status update on website nor passport received. Please help
