Respected Sir,
I am D.Rajasekar, son of Durai Residing in kothayam village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul district of Tamilnadu. I had applied community certificate in May. While applying the community certificate i had attached my blood relation proof. We belong to HINDU-VADUGAR community. But the Deputy Tahsildar did not accept the application without any property document. But our family doesn’t have any own property to furnish. As we had no other way for a property document, i had attached a third person document because as Deputy Tahsildar was forcing us to furnish mandatory property documents.
In that attached third person’s document (1942's) the community mentioned is Kammavar. But as it is a third person’s document, there is no my own blood relation names mentioned (Paraents name, Grandfather, Grandmother) in that document. But even though we communicated this to depty Tahsildar and Tahsildar in order to verify the documents and to enquire about us in our village as well as to VAO, They are not willing to verify and simply saying that I belong to Forward community. They are not issuing the certificate and demanding huge bribe. When we are resisting to bribe he challenges us to take the matters to superiors. Please do the needful.

If needed I am ready to furnish the details of more than 15 persons in my village (my own community) for the verification purpose.
