After 2 months i have been told passport is damaged

SUBJECT: Submitted passport for PCC (police clearance certificate) on May 19. Along with company letter for Angolan visa. File number H005281

Respected Sir,

I Mr. LLOYD COUTINHO Passport holder Z 1780725 had submitted my passport to passport office for PCC (police clearance certificate) on May 19. To apply for Angolan visa along with the request letter of the company. Please find my passport details below,

Passport Issue Date: 31/03

Passport Expiry Date: 30/03

On 19THof July, the officer incharge told me that the given passport has been damaged, and will have to apply for re-issue of new passport,

My police record clearance has also been done on July 01file number H005281, recently and police records are cleared,

On July 19 written application has been submitted to PRO, along with passport application form, checked and verified by PRO

I have applied for new Tatkal passport on July 22. File number K00241211 and July27 is the dispatch date, now today when I checked the passport application status, they have asked me to fill 3 pp forms which I have completed, filled and submitted along with snaps earlier 8 times,
