RTO office dont provide card licence in gorakhpur UP so they can make fraud licences... please inform the government so that the new machine for providing card licences can be issued to gorakhpur RTO office

they generally answer that machine for providing card licence is out of order and is been out of order for more than 7 years... and still goin on...
