Dirty water in water supply

We are living in Naraina Vilage, Subji Mandi Road. Its a terrible experience of our lifetime... Everyday we are supplied contaminated water (yellow colour and very dirty smell). Everybody in the colony is ill... People are suffering from food poisoning... and skin disease... we are not able to use this water.

please do something.
