Drainage and Water works
Incomplete underground pipe lines

Dear Sir,

Laying of underground pipe lines for both drainage and water are in progress in our area and in my lane where my house is located (location details at the end). Issue is these pipe lines are not laid near my house which is located at rear end of the lane. When I asked workers who are laying the pipes, the reason they are giving is there aren't enough pipes to cover the complete lane. This is a surprise answer to me and I want understood how can this be true? Please look into this as soon as possible as this issue can be resolved easily now (as work in progress now).
