Respected Sir/Madam,
My wife has applied for the passport on 12th Jan under Tatkal. The Acknowledgement says the despatch date as 20th Jan. Police verification was done on 25th Jan and as per the records from the Cyberabad commissionrate, the police report was despatched on 3rd Feb. The passport status summary says, "Passport is ready on 20th Jan" since a month from now.
When we went to Regional Passport for status enquiry, the enquiry staff has shown up a rude behavior towards my wife while she was asking for her passport enquiry. As our Government of India says "Respect woman" but that was never followed. The passport status is last updated on 2nd Mar. You can view that in the attachment.
Even I have sent some mails to the "[email protected]" and also tried calling to the numbers provided in the official website but there are no responses.
Hence, request to resolve this issue at the earliest.
