Delayed in pension

Dear Sir/Madam

My father, State government emplyee (Teacher), retires in august but still his pension has not started yet. And still there is no any limit when it will start. He is not alone there are many peolple like him who are not able to get their pension. He himself along with other people helped the office people to do the procedure for their pension, though it is not their job.

After seving for more than 35 years, He still have to wonder for his pension.
