Wrong data entry in voter cards

sir/ma'am,

i wanna to tell you that I'm local resident of datia and I've fill the form for voter card, for which I've given all the important required documents like mark-sheet photo copy, rashan card., then also when i received my voter id i saw that my name spelling is wrong and wrong date of birth is entered in it. hence it do not provide me a correct identity so please to whom may i concern please pay attention on my application, and please suggest me what should i do now.
