To change an address in Voter-Id card

Hi,

This is regarding to change the address in Voter-Id card. Couple of days before i went to Election commissioner office with the issue, they said we had allotted separate time in a year, that time you can apply for fresh voter id card.

But the problem is that, if I'll apply for fresh id, again they will do the same mistake in the address. Many people are facing the same problem in Tonk (Rajasthan).

This is a big mistake from Department of election commissioner.

I'm unable to apply for passport because of this issue.

Please suggest the solution ASAP.
