No idea about my latest EPF balance

I have no clue about my latest EPF balance. Writing to the provident commisioner again and again has been a waste of time... No response at all...

In all of my last 4-5 organizations I have filled forms for PF transfer and some cos. have also confirmed the transfer but I have no idea of what is in my account today..

ANY HELP FROM SOMEONE ON HOW I SHOULD GO AHEAD ON THIS WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED... THANKS IN ADVANCE. I HAVE WASTED 2 YRS TRYING TO DO THIS :((
