I have submitted the Provident Fund claim form Account No. MH/92613/12568 on 7th April. I was assured that it will take 2-3 months for the money to be credited in my account. They also assured that they will send status of the form on mobile through SMS alerts. But to my no surprise the inconvenience that I have experienced earlier same thing happened. I tried to call them after 2months and also this month which is completion of 3rd month. The phones are not working whoever is picking up the phone are disconnecting the line stating its "wrong number". Their website where we check the status by entering account number is not working. Personally visiting the office isn't a benefit at all. You have to run pillar to post but no answer. Let me tell I have done all in power to get an answer but no use. Please check with the department. Awaiting your reply.
