EPF pension not received

My EPFpension is attached to EPFO /Delhi/South office of which was recently shifted from Nehru place to Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi. I personally visited the Dwarka Office and submitted my Life Certificate dated 11-2 to concerned officers who ensured that my pension would be remitted to my HDFC Bank account promptly thereafter.

But till date my pension has not been released (last payment was on 14th January). All my efforts thereafter to contact the concerned officials failed since contact details are not available and these details are not available on the internet also.

I request that my problem be solved at the earliest. Thanks
