I dispatched two documents on 5th October, it has been two months and the documents are not delivered as yet. The documents were college application forms, and I thought speed post was reliable to send important documents. But neither is speed post reliable nor the people working there are concerned. I lodged a complaint also but got no reponse. I even went to meet the manager and he asked me to call up after a few days, but whenever I call him He never has an answer.
I think these people should be a bit concerned about our woes, I dont know whether I'll be allowed to appear for the entrance test of the college or not. My career could be screwed because of them.
