Delay of delivery

Dear sir,

my name is vignesh last thursday 25/03 i had send a ems speed post from chennai st thomas post office to bangalore when i spoke to that speed post booking lady she said that my letter will be delivered within two days but still my letter has not yet got delivered this is not the first time happening for me then what is the use of sending it through speed post last time it tooks 5 days for my letter to reach bangalore so please take action on this issue
