Speed post dispatch from TIN, Pune for me containing some important official document (article no; EM711353918IN) is still pending delivery. repeated reminders and visits at GPO srinagar has not yielded any results... only reply received from GPO srinagar authorities is that the same article was received but is untraceable due unknown reasons. this is causing great inconvenience... request intervene... my phone no 9419451212
