My P.P.O.No: MH/BAN/54043 dated 26/02.I have not received EPS from Dec to Nov. For this period I have personally submitted to you the Life Certificate in October. I was told by your officials that I will be getting the arrears along with Dec payments after submitting Life certificate in Nov. Accordingly I have submitted the same. Unfortunately I have not received ARREARS.Request you look into the matter at the earliest.
