Dear Sir/ Madam

I am kamarudeen, Every day our booth milk delivery van is arriving after 5.45 am..

In our area many students are going to school and college from 6 am onwards

desperately we require the milk van to deliver on 5 am.

I had heard before delivering to us the milk van is delivering to sub- agencies of AAVIN

AAVIN is a public sector company, its first preference to be serve to people not to

sub-agencies.

Our expectation is to provide preference to us on time.
