Hi, This is to inform that my HDFC Medi-claim card along with my policy number and the documents has been delivered to unknown person. I have tried contacting First Flight courier several times but I did not get any positive response. I have tried contacting their Senior manager named (Neeshad) and she was not helpful. I am very frustrated right now. I am afraid that my personal information might be misused. Hence forth I want someone to resolve this for me as soon as possible.
