Dear Sir,
Many times i used courier service like Blue Dirt and Speed post from Mumbai to Aizawl (door to door service). At that time i get my goods During Seven day. Due to urgent delivery requirement i used your courier service bearing consignment no of... (not mention here)... with 2.5 kg only, with a high courier charges of INR.533 compare to other, which will cost me Only INR. 200 and getting my goods within 7days if i go for blue dirt or speed post.
Collection date was 19 Aug, till today I did not received my goods and if i call and send email to Guwahati branch in this address:- Piali Phukan Road, Rehabari, Guwahati
Ph : 0361 - 2608547 / 2516152, Email: [email protected], they never pick up the phone call and never reply my email, most of the time number busy. I go for courier tracking and all, status show ' FAR OFF Area'. I know that your courier service link with Yoga Yog courier service, Ground floor HDFC bank, Near Hotel Ritzs, Aizawl, Mizoram and i did not accept the status and it does not convince me at all.
To my best Knowledge I am so sure pending of my goods is due to poor service and i want my compensation for what happen to me that till today i did not received my goods, if i used blue dirt or speed post, surely my goods 2.5kgs will reach my place within seven days, only with a small charges of around INR. 200.
Lastly, if i did not get my goods in this 26th Aug and compensation for the late delivery due to poor service i will go to consumer forum or higher.
