Not yet received the Passport

I applied of the Passport on 24-01. Police verification is also done. But when i am checking the status in ONline i am getting the info as below.

File Reference Number: HYD-L000912-11

Application Date : 24-01

Applicant's Name: SURYA SARVANI KALIDINDI

Applicant's Date of Birth : 12-08-1981

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

Can you please help me so that I will get the passport ASAP.
