I have sent one letter through this caurier service on dated 7th sept. Docket no D27400531 to destination Mawana (a satalite station of Meerut). My Letter stands un delivered even after folloup with the call center and sending mails to their h/o. It is reported by their call center thay the letter is lost and is not tracable.
I have suffered loss on account of this. I am trying to contact their represantative but not getting any reply
