Addition of name in ration card

Dear sir,

I wand to add my name in ration card of my husband and several time i was gone to ration card office but always officer told me that computer is not working and new software is uploading

Sir, i want to know that which type of this software which is taking one month time to uploading

I request you to kindly help me in this matter or i will complaint to any higher authority.

Kindly take the action in this matter and suggest me what will i do for in this regards
