Transfer of my PLI policy no APS-604429-L

I, an Ex Armed person No 14588579k, Hav B.B. patra here by to complain that, I have informed to my resident post office (chikiti) to transfer my existing pli policy no APS-604429-L by an application. But till date i have not got any result. Please be looked in to the matter for my problem.
