Fresh passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for a fresh passport on 11.01.2012 (Application date), File no: RCH-W061429-11.

My police and CID varification has been done 3 months ago but still status shows "Police varification report has not been submitted".

I have sent two or three mails to RPO ranchi regarding this but they never reponded me, So please help me to issue my passport.
