I got my refrigerator couriered by GATI from Dhanbad (Jharkhand) to Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh). It's very unfortunate that even after using India's one of the best name in delivery services, i got my refrigerator delivered in a damaged condition. I have received it with major dents at down side.
The service proved to be more worst when I called their toll-free number for the complaint. I got the complaint registered with them on 30th April, Friday; they promised that I will be getting a call back from them on Monday but of no use. On Monday, I called them again at 4.00 PM; they said that within next two hours I am going to get a call for sure but again NO call back.
On 4th May, Tuesday, I called them again for an update and they said that I will definitely get a call from local GATI team for inspection of damaged product. I specially mentioned them that if I don't get a call today I will reach to consumer court but again of NO use.
I am really upset with the service I got from GATI. It's just really playing with the trust of customers.
