For Isuue copy of voter id card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have lost my "Voter ID Card" 2 years ago. I went many times to "Election Commision Board" Meerut. for issue a copy of "Voter ID Card" but every time they said when voting will be start your card will be issue But I found no responce today on 24 sep

Sir i am handicap and unable to go many time for th card, I have need of "Voter ID Card" for my job purpose. Please help me for this.
