Electricity failure everyday

Respected sir, i am writing this letter in behalf of all 7 mills situated bhd garden vareli mill, kadodara, i am very displeased and harassed by the service provided by geb. There is often failure of electricity in our area due to which we are facing huge production loss in our industry, There is no consequence taken by geb inspite of our daily complain regarding it.since 7 years we are facing the same problem. Plz help us to solve our problem. Awaiting for your best cooperation
