Gloves for urban garbage cleaners

After seeing ghmc garbage segregators in srinagar colony punjagutta, i request the ghmc authorities to provide sanitation gloves to these segregators, these people segregate garbage with uncovered hands. why should they be not given gloves kind of things to protect themselves . they are very impotant people for our society to remain clean. there is an urgent need to look into this
