Street Lights not working for more than 2 Months

Dear Sir,

I am Anand Kumar Jaju R/o.H. No.2-3-527/31/1&2, Plot No.29, Kotak Apartments, D.V. Colony, Minister Road, SECUNDERABAD - 500003, near KIMS Hospital, our colony lane having Three Street Lights, but recently 2 Lights not working from last 2 Months i think lose connection due to heavy wind or might be rain also or something else i don't know, we have called local linemen and contaced personally to the authority pepole but did'nt receive any positive response from the concerned people. Therefore we request you to kindly look into this matter and clear this problem for which we'll be thankful to you.

please clear the problem immediately
