Illegal construction of compound walls in our premisis

Hi,

I am the owner of the house no:12-8-306, mettuguda, Secunderabad, Hyderabad. Our neighbour is constructing the house with enchroaching the government road and also he is constructing the Compound wall in our premesis. We want that compound wall need to be removed and construct in his land.
