GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS & CORRUPTIONS :-
Since after finishing of my MD in venereology in 2003 from NTR university of health sciences I seen a lot of corruptive persons & government officials to till date. In this list comes india, saudiarabia, maldives countries officials.
1) I was commissioned in the indian army as a SSC officer capt B.V.RAO (MS-14654-P) in the year 2003. Then I worked from 05 april to 21 aug in the military hospital Golconda, Hyderabad. Then they sent me to lucknow for MOBC training. Afterwards I was posted in the MH jalandhar cantt as a medical officer (dermatology) then iam doing my duties according to theprotocol. I was utilized in the casuality but did n’t utilized my services in the dermatology department.
Then I asked to the sr registrar of that unit Col AM PRABHAKARA then he told you born bud in the army now wherever I posted you should work. Then after seeing the army orders he disobeyed his higher authority oders. Then after continuously working in the casuality & other departments I lost touch with the parent department then I lost experience in the field of dermatology & venereology.
Then he started to suppress me by insulting infront of the lower ranks. Then I given resignation letter to that unit commandant on 27 dec. They accepted on that date itself. But I did n’t got any response from the higher authorities to till 12.08.2005.Harassments of registrar became increased day by day. There by I approached the advocate in jalandhar cantt area for this injustice. That advocate after listening all my statement he took all relevant documents concerned to the case. Then he sent legal notices to all from the ministry of defence to unit.(ACCORDING TO IPC IF ANY RESIGNATION LETTER ACCEPTED FROM EMPLOYEE OF INDIAN GOVERNAMENTS EMPLOYERS THE EMPLOYER SHOULD GIVE RESPONSE TO EMPLOYEE WITH IN 30 DAYS FROM THE ACCEPTANCE DATE).
I did n’t got any response from employer to till 26.09.2005. Then afterwards I went on vacation & lastly I filled the case in the Punjab court. Then the court given stay order to release me from the service.
Then I crossed to K.S.A (The employer in the saudiarabia made one fake certificate of showing I worked in some private hospital of india during the period of 01.07.1999 to 31.07.2005 attested that certificate by the ministry of external affairs, c.p.v.division, new delhi officials on 30 aug). There is no objection to the immigration department of indiragandhi international airport officials to sent me to k.s.a.
To till date (11.10.2011) the ministry of defence not at all published/sent any show cause notice to me. LEGALLY ACCORDING TO IPC THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE SHOULD PAY ALL THE DUES & BASIC PAY WITH INTEREST @ 12% PER ANNUM TO TILL DATE I LEFT FROM THE SERVICE.
AFTER COMING FROM THE MALDIVES I SENT LETTERS BY SPEED POST TO THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA & COMMANDANT OF MH JALANDHAR CANTT REGARDING MY RELEASING DOCUMENTS (ON 16.08.2011 POSTAL SPEDPOST REFERENCE NUMBERS ENO 19904440IN & ENO 19904422IN). UP TO NOW I DID N’T GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE.
By above following questions arises :-
1.what is the use of sr registrar of that unit to behave like that? can he got any medals from the government of india? whatever higher officials from the head quarters given the orders if he followed what is the problem to him?
2.Which way the officials of the ministry of external affairs, c.p.v division, new delhi signed that fake certificate? Eventhough they knows that one they are issuing to one working army officer.
3.which way that immigration department officials allowed me from the country to abroad? eventhough the photos & finger prints of the army officers are feeded in their computer.
(ANSWER TO ALL THE ABOVE QUESTIONS IS CORRUPTION.FROM WHOM THEY TOOK THIS ONE IS ONLY SUSPENSE).
2) THEN IN K.S.A AFTER REACHING THE AIRPORT OF RIYADH. THE AIRPORT CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT TOLD THEY FOUND PORNOGRAPHIC CD’S IN MY LUGGAGE.BUT THEY DID N’T SHOWN TO ME THOSE CDS BY PLAYING.
THEN THEY LEFT ME IN SIDE THE KINGDOM FOR WORK.AT THE TIME OF WORKING THERE I ASKED FOR VACATION TO EMPLOYER AFTER COMPLETION OF 1YR.THEY SAID YOU HAVE PENDING CASE IN THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT WE GIVEN SURITY TO THEM. THERE BY YOU CAN’T CROSS THIS COUNTRY.I ASKED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHICH WAY YOU GIVEN THE SURITY TO THEM.ALL CLASH HAPPENED TO ME & EMPLOYER THEN HE DEDUCTED THE SALARY. THEN I LEFT FROM THE WORK PLACE WENT TO JEDDHA I PURCHASED ONE PASSPORT FROM THE KERALA AGENT.HE ARRANGED ALL FACILITIES UNTIL BOARDING PASS OF JEDDHA AIRPORT.THEN THE PASSPORT DEPARTMENT CAUGHT & PRODUCED ME IN FRONT OF THE SPECIAL COURT OF SAUDI ARABIA.JUDGE ASKED WHY YOU DID LIKE THAT? I EXPLAINED REASON TO HIM.
(1) NOT SENDING ON VACATION SINCE 02 YRS (2) DEDUCTING OF MY SALARY WITHOUT PROPER REASON.
THEN THE JUDGE CANCELLED THAT CASE.SENT ME ON EXIT ASKED EMPLOYER TO GIVE PASSPORT & DUE AMOUNT OF 10, 000SAR.(AFTER VERIFYING THE SALARY DOCUMENTS OF ME FROM THE EMPLOYER & VACATION SENT OR NOT ON THAT PASSPORT NUMBER E2687128). BUT EMPLOYER DID N’T DEPOSITED MONEY & PASSPORT TO THE COURT.BUT THEY SENT BACK TO ME.
THERE BY FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ARISES:-
1.IN K.S.A IT SELF THROUGH EUROSAT DISH 24 HRS LIVE BLUE FILMS ARE COMING.ALL SAUDIARABS & WORKVISA EMPLOYEES ARE WATCHING THOSE ONE CASUALLY.IN THE INTERNET ALSO NUMBER OF BLUE FILM WEB SITES ARE COMING FOR FREE IN K.S.A. WHY THEY CREATED THIS PROBLEM UNNECESSARILY TO ME & EMPLOYER.
2.IF THEY FOUND BLUE FILMS IN ONE TRVELLER LUGGAGE WHY THEY (CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT) ALLOWED INSIDE THE KINGDOM.EVEN THOUGH EMPLOYER GIVES SURITY.THEY SHOULD SEND BACK ON THE SAME DAY (OR) THROW THOSE MATERIAL IN THE DUSTBIN TO ALLOW INSIDE THE COUNTRY.(WHO MANIPULATED ALL THESE THINGS FROM INDIA). FINALLY FOR STRONGNESS OF THE CASE THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT MAKE STORY LIKE HE STOLLEN CD’S FROM OTHER PERSON & SMUGGLED INSIDE THE KINGDOM (HOW MUCH CORRUPTION THESE SAUDI CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS TOOK TO MANIPULATE THIS ONE FROM WHOM).
I WRITTEN LETTER TO THEIR MINISTRY NO NEED TO SMUGGLE BLUE FILM CDS INSIDE THE KINGDOM ALL ARE COMING THROUGH EUROSAT DISH IN K.S.A.I DID N’T SMUGGLED ANY NARCOTICS/RDX INSIDE THE KINGDOM.
3) Then I worked with Ministry of Health & Family Hospitals, Maldives Senior Medical officer (19.04.2009 to 18.04.2010).
Then I worked with MALDIVES POLICE SERVICE, male as a MEDICAL OFFICER (20.06.2010 to 20.06.2011). Finally I identified the matter by talking with one kerala nurse (miss rojit shine) worked with me in MPS.Some one from my co students in the medical college highly influenced & elite peoples with import & export businessess under the support of congress (I)(their relatives are now ministers in the central governments & state governments). They are following me since medical college time & giving lump sum amounts of corruption to the corruptive officials, concerned government ministers & playing the game like this to remove from the service where ever I joined.BY THEIR EGO PROBLEM.
IN THE MALDIVES POLICE SERVICE ALSO THEY SHOWN THEIR TACTICS.THEY USED THE DCP OF ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION & THIS NURSE ROJIT SHINE.PLAYED MAJOR GAME TO SENT ME BEHIND THE BARS. THEN I APPROACHED THE POLICE INTEGRITY COMMISSION I PRODUCED ALL RELEVANT THINGS TO THAT DEPARTMENT (ALL ARE IN THEIR FILE). THEN THEY GIVEN CLEARANCE TO CROSS FROM THAT COUNTRY.
THERE BY FINAL GIST SUGGESTS HOW MUCH CORRUPTION GOING IN THE ABOVE SAID COUNTRIES & DEPARTMENTS.
(THOSE CRIMINALS WHOEVER FOLLOWING & CREATING PROBLEMS TO ME KNOWS TO COL AM PRABHAKARA, SOME OFFICIALS OF CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT OF K.S.A, MPS ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION DCP & ROJIT SHINE). OTHER WISE THESE CRIMINALS SPOILING OTHERS FUTURE BY THEIR EGO PROBLEM BY THEIR INFLUENCE &MONEY.
