This is Rashmi Khare. I have applied for fresh passport on 02-06, but still I have not received my passport. My application number is LKO-A103185-11.
In Online, the status says: "Passport has been despatched by post on 03-10 vide postal Registration Number xxxxxxx".
I have been chasing the passport office and postoffice for getting my passport as its very urgently required. But no one in the office entertain to the issue. I have informed them of the urgency but instead of giving solution they have excuses. When I went to passport office then they say that its now with postoffice and its not in their hand now. Wheras the postoffice says that the registration number you are enquiring for is the despatch number and we can only retrieve the information against the order number and not despatch number. I am being moving from one department to another like pendulam with no solution to the problem.
Kindly help me getting this issue resolved.
